Tobacco Retail Licensing Policy: A Health Equity Impact Assessment Executive Summary

This is an executive summary of a health impact assessment that analyzed the potential health equity effects of a proposed tobacco retail license policy on Multnomah County communities in Oregon, and provided recommendations on how to prevent youth access to tobacco and nicotine products while supporting small retailers and community mental health.
