This study evaluated the impact of a green housing retrofit on the health outcomes of older adults living in affordable housing in Phoenix, Arizona. The study found that the retrofit significantly improved indoor air quality, reduced exposure to toxins, decreased energy consumption, and improved residents’ health outcomes, highlighting the potential benefits of green retrofitting for affordable housing.
