The Coffelt Case

The objective of this case study was to generate recommendations and engage residents and other stakeholders, which would minimize the negative health impacts of the redevelopment process, mitigate the adverse effects of existing conditions by informing the physical design of the redevelopment, and maximize the potential health benefits for residents by telling the physical design and social structure of the community.
