Healthy Communities Index (HCI) Core Indicators

This resource provides a set of social, physical, and environmental indicators from the Department of Housing and Urban Development that cities can use, in conjunction with the Healthy Communities Assessment Tool, to evaluate and compare how well a neighborhood is faring and to prioritize community needs.
