This resource was created to help communities and organizations address the challenges of climate change in a just and equitable manner. The toolkit provides guidance and resources to support a participatory and inclusive approach to adaptation planning that centers on the needs and perspectives of vulnerable communities. The toolkit includes information on how to assess and prioritize adaptation strategies, engage with communities, and develop and implement equitable policies and programs.
